Naan Pizza.
July 31, 2012 by KatieWe get our produce at Haymarket every week. One of my favorite parts is picking up a giant naan at a local shop. There are loads of things we could use the 24″+ naan for–but our go-to meal has become using it for pizza crust.

It’s quick, easy and tasty. And, while it’s still pizza–so not the healthiest option–it’s less greasy than take-out, so it’s easily justifiable in my book.
Ingredients
Naan
Pizza Sauce (in a pinch, we use marinara sauce)
Mozzerella Cheese, shredded
Feta Cheese, crumbled
Pesto
Tomatoes, sliced
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Top naan with sauce and toppings. I do it in this order: sauce, tomatoes, mozzarella, feta and drops of pesto.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling.
Serve immediately. I’m sure you could reheat this–but we never have any left (partially, because we can make exactly what we are hungry for).
Cheap. Easy. Tasty.

Yum!!! I saw a Naan Pizza in the grocery store that I wanted to try, but ended up not buying it. Now I’m just going to make my own! YUM! I love the added feta too. Delish.
