Raspberry Fudge Frozen Greek Yogurt

We were in the train station the other day, and there was a poster advertising Ben & Jerry’s new raspberry fudge frozen greek yogurt. I knew we could easily make this at home.

It was ridiculously easy and incredibly tasty!


3 cups plain Greek Yogurt
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
Juice from half lemon
1/2 cup crumbled brownie/chocolate cake or chocolate pieces (optional)


Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Freeze according to ice cream maker’s directions. Once frozen, mix in chocolate of choice.

So easy. So tasty! My husband said this is his favorite ice cream we’ve made to date.
