Marc’s Homemade Tartar Sauce.

My hubs was really proud of himself this weekend–he was eating something that needed tartar sauce as a side, and it was $5+ at our local grocery store. We figured it couldn’t be that hard to make.

And it wasn’t. Super easy.

Ingredients

1 onion, diced
2 small dill pickles, diced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vinegar
1/3 cup of mayo

Directions

Mix it together in a bowl. Really, that’s it.

Confession: I definitely just ate this out of the bowl. With my finger. And then I started dipping french fries in it because I felt like it wasn’t so lady-like of me to be eating it off my finger. Just putting it out there! :)
