Peanut Butter Nutella Heart Cookies.

Happy Valentine’s Day. Feliz día de los enamorados. To me, handmade gifts are the best; it shows me the person spent time making something for me with love. What can be better than that? I’ll tell you what: when the homemade gift is edible! I baked these delicious Peanut Butter Nutella cookies to celebrate this day & they’re incredible. Forewarning: You may eat them all in one sitting.

Ingredients

1 Cup Peanut Butter

1 Egg

1 Cup Sugar

1 TSP Vanilla

1/2 Cup Crushed Peanuts (optional; this is for the peanut lovers)

Heart Cookie Cutter

Nutella, to taste

Preheat over to 375F. In a bowl, beat egg until it’s foamy then add the sugar, peanut butter, vanilla & peanuts. Blend until ingredients are fully combined. On a flat surface, lay out & flatten dough. Cut heart shapes with the cookie cutter & place on cookie sheet.

 

Bake for 10 minutes & let cool completely.  Spread nutella on top of the cookies & enjoy!
