Last week, I announced that I’m pregnant and due in December. While my doctors haven’t been concerned about my vegetarian diet while I’m pregnant–other people have expressed some concern. While I’m not always making perfect choices (I do love ice cream…), I’ve tried to make good choices when it comes to what I’m eating during pregnancy.
While some people do decide to make some dietary changes when they get pregnant (Natalie Portman went from vegan to vegetarian while pregnant earlier this year)–you don’t have to give up being a vegetarian once you get pregnant.
