When I told Katie I was going to Colorado for my vacation she reached out to our friend Amy who had recently visited for recommendations; Watercourse Foods was at the top of Amy’s list. I was happily surprised to discover the friends we were meeting up with for dinner on Thursday night had selected Watercourse Foods for us to dine at…
Watercourse Foodsis an all vegetarian restaurant with a wide selection of local wines & microbrews; it’s a total gem! Everything on their menu looked so delicious I had a hard time deciding what to order but finally settled on the macroplate which was made with tempeh, quinoa, adzuki beans, orange ginger sauce, steamed chard, arame & pickled cabbage.
This dish was super filling, packed with flavor & so good I cleaned my plate! Everyone at dinner was also satisfied with their meals. Since we were a large party I’m just going to let the food speak for itself; take a look at this awesome selection:
Are you drooling yet? Just looking at those pictures makes me want to go back to Watercourse Foods stat! Any of you in Denver, go eat at Watercourse Foods now & thank me later. Good peas!
