Watercourse Foods: Denver, CO.
July 13, 2012 by CarolinaWhen I told Katie I was going to Colorado for my vacation she reached out to our friend Amy who had recently visited for recommendations; Watercourse Foods was at the top of Amy’s list. I was happily surprised to discover the friends we were meeting up with for dinner on Thursday night had selected Watercourse Foods for us to dine at…
Watercourse Foodsis an all vegetarian restaurant with a wide selection of local wines & microbrews; it’s a total gem! Everything on their menu looked so delicious I had a hard time deciding what to order but finally settled on the macroplate which was made with tempeh, quinoa, adzuki beans, orange ginger sauce, steamed chard, arame & pickled cabbage.
This dish was super filling, packed with flavor & so good I cleaned my plate! Everyone at dinner was also satisfied with their meals. Since we were a large party I’m just going to let the food speak for itself; take a look at this awesome selection:
Are you drooling yet? Just looking at those pictures makes me want to go back to Watercourse Foods stat! Any of you in Denver, go eat at Watercourse Foods now & thank me later. Good peas!
What’s your favorite all vegetarian restaurant?

The only all-vegetarian restaurant I’ve ever been to was a Buddhist monastery on top of a mountain outside of Hong Kong and while it was good, it wasn’t the most epic meal I’ve ever had – the scenery was great though.

I mean honestly…these restaurants you visited in Denver are killing me! They look amazing! I’ve only ever been to Dandelion and Ethos in Orlando, I’m guessing you’ve been to both:) I prefer Dandelion though! Although they are both yummy! I have some all vegetarian eats planned when I vist NYC next month though!

Yes I’ve been to both, I think every vegetarian in the area has since there aren’t many all vegetarian restaurants in town. When you go to NYC you’ll have a WIDE variety of vegetarian & vegan restaurants, it’s going to be amazing! Make sure to check out: Candle 79, Blossom & HanGawi, all are awesome: http://peasinablog.com/category/good-peas/new-york/
