Meet Me At The Dust.

Last night was the October meet-up for the Central Florida Lady Bloggers & yours truly hosted. This month we decided to meet up at Stardust Video and Coffee, an ecclectic restaurant in the Audobon Park District. I’ve been a part of this lovely group for several months now; it’s a great opportunity to get plugged into the local blogging community & make new friends. Since the Central Florida Bloggers Conference was just a month ago we knew we’d have some new faces join us for this meet up so we kept things informal: just a night of dinner, drinks & fun.
I picked Stardust for us to meet at due to the array of reasons why I love it. For starters, I’m a big fan of supporting local business; local is lovely! Stardust is nestled in the cute neighborhood of Audobon Park, surrounded by other awesome local businesses that make Orlando a great place to live. As a vegetarian, Stardust has always been one of my favorite places to go to because they have a ton of vegetarian & vegan options. From delicious mushroom sandwiches to my favorite chili in the city (seriously, go try it, it’s amazing!), I always leave Stardust completely satisfied. Vegetarian or not, you’ll love the food & the vibe of The Dust; it’ never disappoints. And neither do the wonderful Central Florida Lady Bloggers, they’re really a great bunch. I am a Central Florida blogger and one day I will join you all for a meet up! My current work schedule makes it nearly impossible.
However, I have flow to Minnesota (twice) to meet with, and run with, and group of Minneapolis/St Paul bloggers. It was the best time!

Boo! I miss living in Orlando
Not that I was even able to make any of the meetups while I was actually living there, but if/ when I return, you better believe I’ll be attending!
By the way, I love that Rachel went! I still can’t get over my portraits!

I’m so glad I made it out – and thanks for linking to my blog. I know this one was a little more relaxed than normal, so I can’t wait to make it out to another meeting. Maybe after the holidays!!
