Whenever I find a great restaurant with stellar vegetarian or vegan options I feel the need to share it with the world; what a treat! Katie & I like to call these gems Good Peas, as in good eats. This past weekend I had brunch at Ethos Vegan Kitchen, in downtown Orlando, Florida.
Brunch at Ethos is great, from french toasts to yogurt, all menu items are 100% vegan and 100% delicious. You can’t go wrong with A Fungus Among Us (portabello sandwich, glutten & soy free) or their Creamy Potato & Leek Soup. Cookies, Pizza, Lasagna — you name it, Ethos has it.
Next time you’re in Orlando & want to escape the hustle and bustle of the tourist attractions, head over to Ethos for good eats…good peas.
