Turbo Kick.
February 13, 2011 by CarolinaThe first month of the year has come & gone — how are you doing with your fitness goals? The gyms are less crowded; the perfect time to check out some group exercise classes. Let me introduce you to Turbo Kick.
I’ve mentioned Turbo before, discovered it about a year ago & love it. It’s kick boxing meets high intensity meets hip hop music… Have a look (that’s my gym, you’ll find me Turbo-ing every Weds). Yahoo recently ranked the top 6 calorie burning workouts & guess what was on top of the list? Turbo! By the end of a Turbo class you’ll be sweating, exhausted & feeling extremely accomplished. Not only that, you will burn up to 1000 calories. In just one class. That’s unheard of!
Since I started Turbo I feel stronger, my body looks leaner & meaner — it really does work! If you’re in the Orlando area you’re in luck because we have the best Turbo instructors. We have Jen Bird & Alli Vaughn; these ladies are incredible! Jen teaches at Vixen & 24 Hour Fitness; Alli teaches at 24 Hour Fitness on Mondays & Thursdays at 10:30am & Wednesdays at 6:30pm. She also teaches at the Downtown YMCA Mondays at 6pm — they’ve got you covered!
