I’m currently in the ninth circle of research papers (yup, multiple) hell & need a stress reliever…enter Hot Yoga. I discovered yoga about a year ago & absolutely love it, it’s not only a great workout but an awesome release. If you’re a runner, you’ll fall in love with yoga after a long run! Your muscles & recovery time will love you.
Unfortunately my schedule hasn’t allowed me to do yoga as much as I’d like to, but that’ll all change very soon; Summer’s around the corner & I’m not taking summer classes. Since it’s been a while I grabbed my mat & headed to Orlando Power Yoga for a class — it was fantastic! Kelly, the instructor, was amazing; she was easy to follow & gave us all a great workout. I walked out of yoga feeling less tense, a little weight off my shoulders.
The weight is now back on compliments of grad school but that’s okay, I’m going to escape to yoga as much as I can during my research/writing breaks. Namaste!
