Crossfit: The Theresa.

April 6, 2012 by Carolina

Just a few weeks ago my crossfit group & I ran the Savage Race — the girls I work out don’t play — they’re hardcore! I love this group of girls, not only because they have incredible personalities, but because they love pushing themselves to the limit. We meet as a group once a week but also do workouts at home & encourage each other along the way. Speaking of which…

CrossFit workouts are named after girls (meet the girls here), & when one of the ladies in our group creates a workout we name it after her. This one I’m about to hit you with is the Theresa & just like it’s creator this workout is fierce! I gave it a go & let me tell you, I was completely spent when I finished — it felt so good! The inspiration ws the 100 workout but modified for CrossFit. Check it out:

If you’re looking for a good challenge try The Theresa, it’ll push you! What’s your favorite challenging workout?

  1. I clicked the link where it went into depth about the workouts and just wow! I don’t know if I could do any of those. I am really trying to do more strength training but don’t know if Crossfit would be for me.

    • The great thing about crossfit Dina is that there’s modifications for all levels — crossfit is for everyone! I would love to chat about this with you, seriously, I think you would LOVE crossfit.

  2. Holy crap… I think I might die. But in honor of our killer T, I shall try it!
