It’s official: I completed 90 days of the Chalean Extreme program! Though I’ve maintained an active lifestyle for the past few years I’ve always struggled with lifting weights, so not my cup of tea. I knew in order to reach my fitness goals (definition & toning) I had to incorporate weights into my workouts & Chalean was the solution — this program really works! By following the three phases of the program (read my thoughts on the first 30 days, then the 60 day mark) at home I was able to achieve these results in just 90 days:
Chest: Down 2″
Right Arm: Down 1″
Right Leg: Down 2″
Waist 1: Down 2″
Waist 2: Down 2.5″
Waist 3: Down 4.5″
Hips: Down 2.5″
Inches Lost: 16.25″
Weight Lost: 17.6 lbs

When I took the last measurements I almost didn’t believe the results — 16 inches? Almost 18 pounds lost? Incredible! I haven’t been this fit & strong in years! I’ll be honest, though a lot of the results are due to Chalean Extreme I’ve also been practicing more yoga & really being conscious of my eating habits. I’ve been focused on eating mostly whole foods, have cut down fried foods & drinking, to name a few. That said, the definition I’m starting to have in my arms & my legs is so encouraging; hard work does pay off!
If you’re looking for a program that will help you get over your fear of weights (like me), Chalean is for you. It’s very user friendly, easy to follow & the workouts are challenging but doable. Now that I’ve completed the program I’m no longer afraid to go to the weights section of the gym like I was before, a huge accomplishment for me. In all, I’m very glad I did the program, highly recommend it!
