The Chalean Extreme program is broken apart into three 30 day phases: Burn, Push, Lean; these are the results of the Push phase. This phase was all about maxing out weight at low reptitions which mean I had to push myself to lift heavy weights. I’ve said it before & I’ll say it again: I hate weight lifting so I knew this phase was going to be a challenge. I huffed & puffed & sometimes cursed (keeping it real here) my way through these workouts, I’m not going to lie to you, it was hard. But in the end here’s how I ended up:
Chest: Down 1.5″
Right Arm: Down 0.5″
Right Leg: Down 1″
Waist 1: Down 2″
Waist 2: Down 2″
Waist 3: Down 3.5″
Hips: Down 1.5″
Inches Lost: 12″
Weight Lost: 12.4 lbs

I couldn’t believe this month’s results! Losing 12 pounds feels incredible but losing 12 inches, holy moly, talk about change! My clothes are all loose, my muscles are starting to show definition & I’m growing stronger each day — it feels great. Not only did I have Chalean Extreme pushing me these past 30 days but the yoga challenge I think really helped me lean out, more than doubling my results from phase 1. I’m really excited to move onto the Lean phase of Chalean & finishing the last 30 days strong. Who’s with me?!
